DMD Polyester Film/Polyester Non-woven Fabric Flexible Laminates

The polyester film/polyester non-woven fabric flexible laminates is a two-ply, three-ply or four-ply flexible laminates made of polyester film and polyester non-woven fabric bonded with adhesive on single or double sides.

Application

V6630 (DMD)

Excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties. It is harder with thermal class B.

It can be used in Y series motors as slot insulation, interturn and liner insulation.

V6630A (DMD)

Good mechanical strength and electrical properties. It is softer with thermal class B.

It can be used in Y series motors as slot insulation, intertum and liner insulation.

V6631 (DMDM)

Good mechanical strength and electrical properties. Thermal class B.

It is suitable for motor and electrical appliance as slot insulation, interturn and liner insulation.

V6632 (DM)

Excellent mechanical strength , electrical properties and adhesiveness. It is the substitute of V6631. Thermal class B.

It is suitable for motor and electrical appliance as slot insulation, interturn and liner insulation.

V6641
(DMD)

Good mechanical strength, electrical and impregnating properties. Thermal class F.

It is used for Y2 series motors , other F motors and electrical appliance as slot insulation, interturn and liner insulation

V6642
(DMD
Fully Saturated)

Excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties. It is fully saturated, designed for automatic insertion machine. Thermal class F.

It is mainly used is as slot insulation in low-vlotage motors,as phase separator on end windings,as slot closures and as internediate layer in transformers.
